This approachable beer goes down easy with fruit forward flavors of peach nectar and apricot to balance out lemondrop tartness. Fermented with Brett yeast and barrel-aged 18 months in oak barrels, then bottle conditioned with Champagne yeast for a unique velvety texture. This is a great intro to sour beers and one to please a crowd.
